A serviced office with Opus Workspaces can accommodate anywhere from 1 up to 30 people.

Renting a serviced office allows you to have your own office space without the long-term commitments or fees associated with leasing traditional commercial space. You’ll also be able to save on overheads such as start-up costs, staffing and rental by utilising the on-site reception team and facilities provided, such as internet and phone services and boardrooms/meeting rooms. Another key benefit of a serviced office is that you can upgrade at any time without penalty, so your office can grow as your business does.

The minimum term of a serviced office with Opus Workspaces is one month, with most clients choosing to sign up for one to two years in order to secure a more competitive rate.

You will receive one monthly invoice that covers all your serviced office inclusions. Should you use any additional services such as boardroom or meeting room hire, car parking etc, these will be charged on a separate invoice.

At Opus Workspaces you can usually move in within 24-48 hours of signed paperwork being received and payment being made.  However, this can vary depending on the space you rent and your set up requirements.

If you require more space during your time at Opus Workspaces you can move into a larger office at any time without penalty.

Additional furniture is reviewed on a case by case basis. Should you require additional furniture, Opus Workspaces will endeavour to provide this free of charge, however there may be situations that arise where an additional cost is required.

Each level at Opus Workspaces has a kitchenette with tea and coffee, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Yes, Opus Workspaces can organise on-site car parking for you with both reserved and unreserved car parking bays available at an additional cost.

Casual and monthly car parking is available at 200 Queen Street for tenants of Opus Workspaces at an additional cost. There is also visitor parking available, however this is not a service provided by Opus Workspaces.

Yes, you can access your office at any time.

Telephone handset and line rental is $60.00 per month ex GST, excluding the cost of phone calls. Complimentary professional telephone answering is included in your monthly handset and line rental.

Professional telephone answering is a complimentary service provided to all Opus Workspaces clients who rent a handset and a phone line. The Opus Workspaces client services team will answer your calls in your chosen greeting and then forward the call based on your instruction, for example you may want the call transferred to your landline, mobile or for a message to be taken. You can choose whether your calls are first screened by the reception team, or direct only overflow calls to the team when you are busy or in a meeting.
