With desks available on a daily, monthly, or even yearly basis, this coworking area is a light-filled, well-considered working environment where you decide on your level of commitment.

Each desk is set up and ready for you to plug in and play, with amenity including access to meeting rooms, photocopy facilities and kitchenette just nearby. You are also able to enjoy all the perks of a permanent tenant including support from our professional on-site client services team and access to our excellent end of trip facilities and beautiful rooftop gardens.

FAQs

We have four membership options available that we are sure will suit all requirements.

Coworking desks can be rented on a daily, monthly or annual basis.

All meeting room and boardroom facilities can be booked on an hourly, half-day or daily rate.

You can take short phone calls, but please be respectful to those around you. If you need to discuss something confidential, need to raise your voice, or simply need privacy, please step into a meeting room, find an area that is not being used or go outside. If you have to talk on your phone all day, a private office is the best option.

A dedicated desk is available on a monthly or annual membership and once assigned, this desk is only for your use. The membership for your dedicated desk also includes a secure locker for you to safeguard your belongings when you are not in the office.

We have a variety of meeting rooms and break out areas where you can meet with your clients.

Casual and monthly car parking is available at 200 Queen Street for tenants of Opus Workspaces at an additional cost. There is also visitor parking available, however, this is not a service provided by Opus Workspaces.

Secure on-site lockers available at an additional cost.

The cost of a locker is $25 per day or $100 per month.  The cost of a locker is included in the monthly membership for a dedicated desk.

Extra costs are based on if you choose to use any of the additional services such as reception support, boardroom or meeting room hire, lockers or telephone services.
